Style tips for dapper grooms

As the groom, you share the center stage with your bride and all the eyes will be on you because it is your D-day. It is your wedding, so you have to look the best (there’s no other option) because you won’t have a retake if things don’t work out the way you wanted them to.

If you are the groom-to-be and are looking for help in figuring out what can be worn for your wedding, we’ve got you covered. We’ve compiled a list of styling tips that every groom needs to keep in mind and follow to make the best of his day.

  • Fit is the formality

No matter what the venue is and what time of the day you’re going to walk down the aisle with your bride, the fit of your suit is what will make all the difference. The suit must compliment your physique (every physique and personality are different) because that’s what others will be able to notice on you.

  • Coordinate with your bride

Please do not look contrast to each other on your wedding day. Make sure you know what your partner’s gown would look like and get yourself a suit that would complement her attire. Make sure you show off your style as a couple because it any case is a joint effort wherein, you both are the mains of the occasion.

  • Say no to belts

Ditch your belt for your wedding and invest in a tailored pair of pants that will fit you well and stay in place the entire time. The clean look is what you need to invest in and that will be incorporated into a no-belt look.

  • Get a new haircut

DO NOT jump to a haircut that would be a mess in the last moments. Make sure you get the haircut done once before your D-day so that you look different yet dapper when you hold your bride’s hand and walk down the aisle.

  • Invest in a supportive underwear

Your male underwear is important because it’ll be one thing that will hold up your pants in place. Hence, you need to invest in a style that won’t make you look bulky but wouldn’t even drop down while you walk around, sit, stand and meet the guests. A pair of boxer brief underwear or men’s bikinis would be an ideal gift.
  • Smile - because it brightens up the day

Practice smile and make sure you smile through the evening (or afternoon) while guests come up to congratulate you. The smile will make you look more handsome and that’s what the basic motive was.

All the best for your big day!!
